Program Overview

The ESLSCA Specialized MBA in Business Communication (MBC) is an intensive, one-year fulltime program that prepares students to become creative and effective communication managers in today's complex global environment.

Our MBC provides students with the opportunity to study various aspects of managerial and organizational communications. MBC students:

  • Explore how communication competence contributes to business success and how its impact on business performance is measured and steered.

  • Develop a sophisticated awareness of the global, technological, and competitive forces shaping business communication.

  • Develop a strategic understanding of the role of information and communication technologies.

  • Learn to adopt and practice high professional standards and ethical conduct in communication efforts.

  • Learn to manage and improve the interactions between corporate communicators and the communication industry, i.e. the media.

  • Study the link between the organization's external and internal communication processes including its online communication efforts.

  • Learn how to integrate and channel various corporate communication activities towards organizational goals.

Career paths for MBC graduates include corporate communications, public relations, management consulting, human resources management, marketing communications, and advertising.
