Career Development

Our students begin their career planning at the beginning of the program. The IMD 505 - Career Development course allows students to explore and refine their career interest and job search strategies before they start the regular program. Other IMD courses such as Management Communication II and French Language and Culture for International Manager IV provide students the opportunity to improve their résumés and cover letters in English and in French, and practice and develop their interview skills.

An annual job fair, organized by Groupe ESLSCA Students' Office, is held in spring. More than 50 local and multinational corporations participate in the fair. The Students' Office also regularly receives internship and employment offers from companies and employment consultants, and circulates them among interested students. Moreover, the ESLSCA - International Graduate Education Office regularly publishes internship and employment opportunities.

In addition to these possibilities, graduates can become members of the Groupe ESLSCA Alumni Association that offers many networking opportunities. The Association currently has more than 9 000 members worldwide including a large number of senior executives and managers.
